As a Site Manager on the Portland Glass commercial team, a typical day for you will include:
- Coaching managers to execute short-term and long-term goals across Portland Glass commercial glass locations
- Maintaining safe operation, proper maintenance, and upkeep of the company's facilities, vehicles and all other assets including required recordkeeping
- Scheduling all necessary manpower in accordance with established requirements
- Consistently reviewing personnel to confirm strict adherence to job quality standards as well as completeness and timeliness
- Purchasing inventory and products while keeping in line with the budget
- Conducting meetings with Project Manager to review contract requirements, architectural & shop drawings, specifications, timelines/pull plans, and project-specific safety policies
- Monitoring ongoing rolling completion lists, as well as punch list completions

(Required qualifications)
- 5+ years of glass industry experience is required! Prior management/leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to coach, direct, and motivate others.
- Able to establish effective communication with all members of the department as well as engineering firms, architects, general contractors, and suppliers
- Strong desire and ability to hold others accountable.
- Flexibility to work with all shops and vendors as required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred; OSHA 10-30 certification.
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds.
