We’re looking for a Director of Digital Platforms & Business Systems to lead the strategy, integration, and optimization of the platforms our teams rely on every day—from POS and CRM to dashboards and field tools.

This role is ideal for a business-minded technology leader who understands how systems, data, and reporting drive better decisions, stronger performance, and great customer experiences.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner with sales, operations, field services, marketing, and leadership to align technology with business needs  
  • Own the enterprise roadmap for POS, CRM, reporting, and operational systems 
  • Ensure POS and customer data flow cleanly into Power BI dashboards and KPIs that leaders actually use! 
  • Improve field and technician tools to support efficiency, visibility, and service quality 
  • Lead automation and system integrations that eliminate manual work and unlock better insight 
  • Collaborate with Neighborly and brand partners on shared data and analytics strategy

(Required qualifications)

  • 7-12+ years of leading business systems, enterprise technology, or operational platforms
  • Experience with POS, CRM, BI/reporting, and field or operational technology 
  • A strong ability to “connect the dots” between business goals, team workflows, and system design 
  • Confidence leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption 
  • A data driven mindset with hands-on experience in reporting and dashboards (Power BI preferred)
