As an Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction and fostering trust
- Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquires
- Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
- Admin duties such as: Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.

(Required qualifications)
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per applicable state laws
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds

- Schedule: Monday-Friday and some Saturday availability
