As an Office Manager on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Answering the phone/greeting customers in a timely manner
  • Demonstrating proficiency with the point-of-sale and all computer systems
  • Addressing calls and customer concerns as they escalate
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies, placing orders as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflow of the office/admin staff
  • Performing daily administrative duties such as billing, deposits, sorting mail, observing credit limits/past due balances, etc.

(Required qualifications)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
  • Professional image
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per applicable state laws
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience in prior office management
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds

  • Pay: $20 per hour- $26 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time, with occasional Saturday availability
