As a Shower Door Specialist on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:

·      Placing orders and following up on quotes in a timely manner

·      Demonstrating a high degree of skill in communicating and selling glass products

·      Coordinating with vendors to procure materials and issue purchase orders

·      Guiding customers through service options by providing professional, detailed recommendations on styles, materials, and installation options

·      Coordinating with installation teams and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery

·      Identifying and communicating any necessary changes to project specs, ensuring everything stays on track

(Required qualifications)

·      Excellent verbal/written communication skills

·      Strong attention to detail

·      Ability to work well with technology such as office phones and computers

·      Follows company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protection equipment as needed

·      Experience: 1 year customer service experience required

·      Education: High school diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

·      Knowledge in shower doors preferred

·      Prior glass experience highly preferred

·      2-3 years of previous sales experience

·      Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Overtime available.
